Refund Policy

Nature of Digital Products

All products sold in our store (eBooks, PDFs, guides, templates, and other downloadable files) are digital goods delivered electronically. Because digital files cannot be "returned" once they have been accessed or downloaded, all sales are final, except in the specific cases described below.

Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your download link(s) within 30 minutes. The download link will also appear on your order confirmation page. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

Eligible Cases for a Refund or Replacement

We will issue a replacement file or a full refund in the following situations:

  • Non-delivery: you did not receive your download link, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
  • Defective or corrupted file: the file cannot be opened or is incomplete, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • Duplicate purchase: you accidentally purchased the same product more than once. The duplicate order will be refunded.
  • Materially different product: the content you received is substantially different from the product description on our website.

Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You have already downloaded or accessed the product and simply changed your mind.
  • You did not read the product description before purchasing, or the product did not meet your personal expectations.
  • Technical issues caused by your own device, software, or internet connection (for example, not having a PDF reader installed).
  • Results were not as expected. The information in our products is educational and results may vary from person to person.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please contact us at coupleclarity@outlook.com within 14 days of your purchase. Your email must include:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The email address used for the purchase.
  3. A clear description of the problem (and a screenshot of the error, if applicable).

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Once a refund is issued, your access to the product and any associated download links will be revoked.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund is visible.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving every issue quickly. Filing a chargeback for a product that was successfully delivered may be considered a fraudulent claim, and your access to the product will be permanently revoked.

Intellectual Property

All digital products are for personal use only. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the files is prohibited and will result in the loss of any right to a refund.
